6 Manage or Non managed The choice is yours

We would recommend our managed service simply because of the peace of mind that we strive to deliver.

Tenants these days prefer a managed service so that they have a close point of contact for any problems.

Landlords generally will prefer a letting agent to take care of the ongoing legal requirements of a landlord and the knowledge that we are on hand to use our bank of competitively priced local contractors to deal with any ongoing issues.
